GMS 4-5 Field Day

There are a ton of things going on this week with the end of school!
Earlier this spring MIW students filled the bus during the PTOs Fill a Bus Fill a Belly event which meant yesterday Principal Munsey got a pie in the face! Even Superintendent Porter joined in the fun.

Congratulations to the following three boys lacrosse players who were selected to Western Maine All-Conference!

Jude Cook - 1st team all-conference
Sam Dudek - 2nd team all-conference
Bez Mendelsohn - 2nd team all-conference

GMS 6-8 students from Team Katahdin had an awesome trip to Boston on Friday.

Congratulations to our Employee of the Year recipient: CHERRIE MACINNES!

Cherrie is a 4th grade teacher. Her colleagues report that she is someone who lights up the room and she makes everyone around her feel special. She goes above and beyond and is constantly providing enriching lessons and activities for the whole 4th grade team. Her passion for teaching and advocating for her students and staff alike is always at the forefront.
