Grades K - 12 Current Registration
If you just moved to our district or are already living within district and have a child currently enrolled in a private school and would like them to attend MSAD #51, please start by completing our registration form online.
HOW TO ENROLL
To enroll a new K-12 student, use our online registration system. If you have more than one child, you will need to register each child individually. Students who are returning to MSAD #51 after attending a school in another district, a private school, or from homeschool, will also need to register.
To ensure a smooth enrollment process, please gather the following documents beforehand:
- Child's birth certificate: This document serves as proof of your child's identity and birth date.
- Proof of residency: This documentation verifies that your child resides within the school district's boundaries. Acceptable documentation includes:
- a recent utility bill
- current tax bill or rent receipt
- current vehicle registration
- current voter registration, or
- a divorce decree that assigns the child's primary/permanent residence.
- Immunization record: Required for registration. (See our Immunization requirements)
These documents can be uploaded while completing the online enrollment forms. If you are unable to do the upload, you can bring them to your child's school office during regular school hours.
